Overview

As the Design Lead (Curve Pay), you'll play a pivotal role in shaping how our customers engage with our products, translating complex requirements into intuitive, innovative experiences.

In Short

• Own end-to-end design work from concept through execution.
• Drive a customer-centred approach across the design process.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams.
• Design detailed interfaces and craft well-documented designs.

• Contribute to team practices and support continuous improvement.
• Deliver high-quality solutions efficiently while maintaining usability and visual consistency.
• Enhance micro-interactions with Lottie animations.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in digital product design.
• Proficient in Figma.
• Experience designing for web and mobile platforms.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Driven by user needs and data-informed design.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple streams.
• Familiar with Agile methodologies.
• Skilled in conducting user research.
• Committed to personal growth and team development.
• Experience with Lottie animations is a plus.
