Join Curri to build and refine our data function with purpose and vision. As Director of Data Science and Engineering, you'll thoughtfully evolve our existing modern data infrastructure to drive strategic decision-making across the organization.

In Short

• Lead and develop our existing data team to maximize their potential and impact
• Refine and optimize our Snowflake-based data infrastructure
• Create platforms for operationalizing generative AI across the business
• Partner with the executive team to translate data insights into strategic business decisions
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, Finance, and other teams
• Identify and implement targeted infrastructure improvements
• Mentor team members to foster growth and continuity
• Share insights and perspectives at executive meetings

Requirements

• 8+ years in data roles, including 3+ years in a leadership position
• Deep expertise with Snowflake and modern data stack technologies
• Strong understanding of AI/ML implementation
• Proven ability to build and mentor technical teams
• Strategic mindset that balances long-term vision with practical execution
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience working effectively across departments
• Self-directed work style
