In Short

• Manage activities related to PLD/FT and compliance to ensure adherence to applicable regulations.
• Monitor, analyze, and manage alerts generated by automated systems to identify unusual or relevant operations.
• Address regulatory requirements and communicate with authorities such as CNBV and CONDUSEF.
• Develop and implement annual training programs on PLD/FT.
• Structure action plans derived from audits and regulatory reviews.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in roles related to PLD/FT and compliance, preferably in a SOFOM ENR.
• Desirable to have certification with CNBV (not mandatory).
• Experience with platforms like SITI PLD and automated monitoring systems.
• Knowledge of regulations applicable to SOFOM ENR and their obligations.
• Familiarity with the LFPIORPI regulations and General Provisions for SOFOM ENR.
• Understanding of the General Law of Organizations and Auxiliary Credit Activities, as well as other applicable laws.
