• Read drawings and perform detailed take-offs of products.
• Input take-offs in provided Excel sheets.
• Read blueprints, floor plans, or related bid documents.
• Prepare estimates in a timely manner.
• Review proposal pricing for accuracy.
• Communicate with customers to finalize pricing proposals.
• Close sales based on pricing proposals created.
• Communicate with vendors for special pricing.

Requirements

• Fluent English verbal and written communication.
• Bachelor's/College Degree in a related field.
• Outstanding organization and time management skills.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.
• Good rapport-building skills.
• Friendly, fast learner with a can-do attitude.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer skills.
