Overview

The Enterprise Payment Systems Consultant acts as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) supporting payment systems across CSAA, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards while delivering strategic goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of billing and/or payment experience.
• 2+ years of product management/product owner experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Broad knowledge of payment systems best practices.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for relationship management.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple deadlines.
• Ability to work across technical and non-technical staff.
• Willingness to travel as needed for meetings.
