Overview

As an Embedded Software Verification Engineer at CS Group USA, you will work on complex aerospace and naval systems, ensuring the certification of safety-critical software applications.

In Short

  • Work on DO-178C Airborne Systems and Equipment Certification projects.
  • Engage with customers to resolve technical issues.
  • Provide guidance to team members and ensure quality objectives.
  • Collaborate with software and test engineers throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Develop verification strategies and tests for embedded software.
  • Work with regulatory compliance standards.
  • Demonstrate competency with embedded software (Assembly, C, C++).
  • Conduct analysis, evaluation, and verification of real-time embedded software.
  • Understand software lifecycle from requirements to testing.
  • Opportunity for leadership or software development roles.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in embedded systems and C programming.
  • U.S. citizenship required.
  • Experience with DO-330, MBD, SOC architecture is a bonus.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead projects.
  • Preference for candidates located in the Hartford area.
