Services Operations Analyst - Remote

Overview

As a Services Operations Analyst at CrowdStrike, you will provide critical support to the Professional Services team, helping to develop proposals and manage operations for the growing Professional Services business.

In Short

• Manage requests from Sales and Service delivery teams.
• Support Services Delivery teams in project setup and wrap-up activities.
• Develop proposals and respond to client RFPs.
• Work cross-functionally with Legal and Finance teams.
• Support process improvement and system automation efforts.
• Track operational metrics including bookings and revenue.
• 2+ years experience in operations or business analysis.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel preferred.
• Experience with project management is a plus.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management or related field.
• Ability to work effectively at a distance.
• Demonstrated project management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with professional services firms preferred.
• Experience with tools like Jira, FinancialForce, Salesforce is a plus.
