• Design and build performant, scalable data models and SQL-based pipelines.
• Develop modular, maintainable, and well-documented DBT models.
• Optimize large datasets in Snowflake for performance and efficiency.
• Implement automated processes for data validation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs.

• Monitor and fine-tune data workflows for performance.
• 12+ years of data engineering or analytics experience required.
• Expert-level SQL skills and familiarity with BI tools.
• Strong communication skills are essential.

Requirements

• Bachelors in any STEM field.
• 4+ years supporting Marketing, Sales, or Finance teams.
• Experience with Snowflake or other cloud data warehouses.
• Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation.
• Experience with dbt and best practices for analytics codebases.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations.
• Strong communication skills for technical explanations.
