Senior Consultant, Platform Professional Services - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Consultant in CrowdStrike's Platform Professional Services team, you will help customers achieve better security outcomes using advanced data analytics and log management.

In Short

• Work independently to deliver integration services to various organizations.
• Act as a trusted advisor for next generation SIEM and log management.
• Provide knowledge transfer of Falcon LogScale NGSIEM to customers.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to operationalize LogScale NGSIEM.
• Assist customers in expanding their use cases and provide timely feedback.
• 5+ years of experience in log management/SIEM solutions.
• Knowledge of cloud providers like AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Experience with scripting languages like Python and PowerShell.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Occasional travel may be required.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a consulting role related to SIEM and log management.
• Experience with technical scoping and requirements gathering.
• Intermediate knowledge of cloud services and traditional IT services.
• Experience in creating automation scripts.
• Ability to translate customer needs into product feedback.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Recent industry certifications are a plus.
• Experience in a SOC is a bonus.
