Overview

As a Resident Services Senior Consultant at CrowdStrike, you will leverage your expertise in cybersecurity to help customers implement advanced log management and data analytics solutions, specifically focusing on Falcon LogScale and NGSIEM.

In Short

• Serve as a technical escalation resource for complex SIEM implementations.
• Lead architectural design for enterprise-scale Falcon LogScale deployments.
• Mentor resident engineers and customers.
• Collaborate with Product Management to influence product roadmap.
• Develop technical documentation and implementation frameworks.
• Act as a trusted advisor for customers using next generation SIEM.
• Provide knowledge transfer of Falcon LogScale NGSIEM.
• Work independently providing best-in-class delivery services.
• Occasional travel to customer sites may be required.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience with log management/SIEM solutions.
• Strong understanding of enterprise security architectures.
• Experience with pre-sales and post-sales technical scoping.
• Expert knowledge of SIEM skills and best practices.
• In-depth knowledge of AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python and PowerShell.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into product feedback.
• Industry certifications in Information Security are a plus.
• Experience within a SOC is desirable.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
