Overview

The Platform Professional Services Senior Consultant at CrowdStrike is responsible for the planning, deployment, implementation, and operational support of the CrowdStrike platform and related applications, ensuring customer satisfaction and effective security solutions.

• Lead deployment and operational support for the CrowdStrike platform.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 8 years of experience in IT deployments or customer environments.
• Strong knowledge of software deployment technologies.
• Experience with Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in computer and network systems security.
• Proficiency in scripting and development using various languages.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies like AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Experience with compliance standards such as CIS and PCI.
• Ability to manage work and prioritize customer projects effectively.
