Assistant Project Manager, Global Office Construction - Remote

Overview

This role serves as a critical support function within our global real estate and workplace team, focusing on the successful delivery of office construction and fit-out projects across international locations.

In Short

• Lead and manage one or more concurrent construction projects from start to finish.
• Build strong, trusting stakeholder relationships.

Requirements

• Effective communication across teams and time zones.
• Budget tracking and basic financial reporting.
• Vendor management and procurement support.
• Understanding of corporate office design standards.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and project management models.
• Demonstrated ability to manage various tasks and schedules.
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, construction management, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in the building design/construction field.
• Prior experience with Higher Education preferred.
