Assistant Project Manager - Construction - Remote

Overview

Reframe Systems is on a mission to attainable housing for all. To achieve our mission, we need to make net-zero carbon housing more affordable and we are re-imagining how housing is designed and built. We build module boxes in our Andover, MA factory. Designed by our in-house architects, manufactured by custom robotic framing arm, finished by our skilled carpenters. We have a roadmap to scale our presence nationally. We are disrupting assembly line manufacturing for housing production and are backed by leading VC firms in the industrial and construction space.

In Short

• Assist with subcontractor bidding and contract organization.
• Prepare and track change orders, support billing process.
• Facilitate project workflow and maintain communication with stakeholders.
• Maintain comprehensive project files and documentation.
• Help develop and monitor project schedules.
• Assist with site inspections and monitor project costs.
• Identify project risks and support closeout activities.

Requirements

• Associates/Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of construction principles and practices.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Docs, Slides.
• Familiarity with project management software like Procore or Notion.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
