In Short

• Support clients in developing a streamlined monthly close process.
• Assist with cash to accrual conversions and create supporting schedules.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and validate the existence of assets.
• Contribute to accounting compliance and preparation of financial statements.
• Help prepare budgets or forecasts and develop reports for management.
• Guide the implementation of cloud-based finance and accounting systems.
• Manage journal entries, invoices, and account reconciliations.
• Improve financial planning and analysis through data analysis.
• Liaise with business units to incorporate relevant functions into integration plans.
• Assist IT teams in integrating financial systems of acquiree and acquirer.

Requirements

• Experience in general accounting and financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Ability to perform data analysis and improve financial planning.
• Familiarity with accounting compliance and tax forms.
• Experience with cloud-based finance and accounting systems.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Experience in liaising with various business units.
• Knowledge of external audit processes.
• Experience in Private Equity or related fields is a plus.
