CER Medical Writer - Remote

Criterion Edge is seeking a remote candidate for the role of Medical Writer to join our best-in-class writing team and help take our customer focused writing services to new heights.

In Short

• Produce a wide variety of regulatory and scientific reports for medical device, pharma/biotech, and in vitro device clients.
• Collaborate with writers, project managers, and support specialists.
• Direct responsibility for writing documents or document sections on assigned projects.
• Organize project workload and adhere to timelines.
• Ensure clarity and accuracy in all written documents.
• Stay updated on medical writing best practices and regulations.
• Participate in quality control checks for accuracy.
• Provide feedback to junior staff and assist in their development.
• Maintain professional relationships with co-workers and clients.
• Demonstrate initiative and sound judgement in project requirements.

Requirements

• 2+ years of writing experience in pharmaceutical or medical fields.
• BSc in life sciences or related discipline.
• Advanced word processing skills including Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
• Familiarity with guidelines and regulations governing projects.
• Knowledge of systematic literature review methodology.
• High level of English fluency with excellent communication skills.
• Able to interact confidently with external stakeholders.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in written deliverables.
• Demonstrates scientific rigor in written documents.
