Overview

The Associate Director of Automation Engineering will oversee operational support, expansion, and continuous improvement of computerized systems at the Framingham, MA manufacturing facility, ensuring compliance and reliability.

In Short

• Lead operational support for computerized systems in a GMP-compliant environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or relevant discipline preferred.
• 12+ years in the Pharma/Biopharmaceutical industry.
• 4+ years of management experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills for risk management.
• Experience with Rockwell PlantPx preferred.
• Familiarity with KNEAT for validation.
• Ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Project management experience desired.
• Collaborative mindset and results-oriented approach.
