Payment Application Assistant - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an organized, analytical person with a high attention to detail, responsible for ensuring that the company's income is correctly identified and legalized in the system.

In Short

• Identify deposits by reconciling bank statements against customer payment notices.
• Register payments in the ERP, affecting the corresponding invoices correctly.
• Make adjustments and contact customers when overpayments, short payments, or lack of customer support for correct payment application occur.
• Maintain documentation of income for audits and monthly closings.

Requirements

• Technical, Technologist, or student in the first semesters (2nd to 5th) of Public Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in Treasury, Accounts Receivable, or Accounting areas.
• Basic experience with SAP (FI module), Oracle, Microsoft (desirable).
• Intermediate level of Excel.
