As a DevOps Engineer at Creyos, you will focus on enhancing the efficiency and reliability of the software development and deployment processes, working with a diverse team to develop best practices and innovative solutions.

• Establish best practices and standards for the DevOps team.
• Develop and implement security best practices for AWS.
• Support Engineers and Customer Success Managers.
• Evaluate and update Terraform project structures.
• Refine processes for debugging and network configurations.
• Manage reporting and action steps for key metrics.
• Work closely with the engineering team for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 7+ years in a formal DevOps role.
• Ability to navigate work in an early-stage company.
• Strong desire to automate everything.
• Ability to write clear documentation.
• Experience with AWS.
• Understanding of information/cloud security best practices.
• Experience with monitoring solutions.
• Basic knowledge of Ruby and Rails.
• Adaptable across back-end and front-end tasks.
• Familiarity with software engineering practices.
