In Short

• Contact clients regarding open accounts
• Collect on delinquent accounts.
• Analyze client information and maintain client confidentiality.
• Provide great Customer Service with solutions that fit our clients' needs.
• Full-time schedule: Mon - Fri, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
• On-site in Allentown, PA with potential for hybrid work after training.
• Start date: April 28, 2025 or sooner!

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills
• Computer and keyboarding skills
• Excellent phone etiquette
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to learn new computer systems
• Ability to sit for long periods of time
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual - English/Spanish speaking is a must
• One to three years of related experience and/or training
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience
