Overview

As a Solutions Consultant at Creai, you will leverage AI and machine learning to drive business transformation for clients, collaborating closely with an AI Product Manager to create impactful solutions.

• Serve as a trusted advisor during client consultations.
• Partner with Product Owner to bridge client needs and solutions.
• Assist in understanding key business aspects of client operations.
• Lead structured consultations to uncover deeper client insights.
• Oversee project timelines and ensure delivery of AI solutions.
• Identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams.
• Optimize resources and adjust workflows for client value.
• Maintain thorough documentation of client engagements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• Advanced certifications in Agile methodologies or Project Management preferred.
• 5 years of consulting or IT project management experience.
• Experience managing client-facing projects in various settings.
• Hands-on experience with backlog management and team collaboration.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Outstanding communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and proactive.
