Overview

CQ fluency is seeking a Project Manager with a Life Science background to manage client relationships and oversee translation projects.

In Short

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Review client’s requests and assess needs for additional information.
• Develop efficient workflows and oversee the use of translation tools.
• File preparation and analysis using translation memory software.
• Negotiate budgets and schedules with vendors.
• Manage multiple projects/clients simultaneously.
• Maintain accurate management reports and translation database.

Requirements

• Minimum four years of experience in translation industry.
• Understanding of life sciences project types and materials.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Commitment to professional customer service.
• Positive attitude and team player.
• Able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong computer skills including MS Office.
• Fluency in English and preferably a second language.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
