Overview

The Director, Enterprise Systems will lead a team of engineers, analysts, and quality engineers, providing software development leadership with a specific focus on advancing and supporting the products for the Enterprise Systems HR and Public Affairs and Communications departments.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in technology and software development.
• Strong knowledge of software development best practices.
• Experience in HR, Public Affairs, and Communications systems is a plus.
• Ability to translate business needs into technology solutions.
• Proven project management experience.
