Overview

This is a remote position focused on managing long-term partnerships with key customers in the aftermarket segment, specifically for thermal services and extrusion replacement spare parts.

In Short

  • Manage long-term partnerships with key customers.
  • Sell existing and new potential customers extrusion replacement spare parts.
  • Provide effective customer service to maximize sales and profits.
  • Establish an effective customer contact process.
  • Ensure on-time delivery and quality products.
  • Develop timely and accurate sales forecasts.
  • Participate in company sales meetings.
  • Prepare required paperwork and reports.
  • Travel up to 50% for customer relations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of industry-related experience.
  • Sales experience preferred in the aftermarket segment.
  • Strong background in industrial sales and B2B marketing.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to persuade and negotiate.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under critical time deadlines.
