Requirements

• Current student in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
• Basic knowledge of data analysis tools (Excel/Google Sheets required)
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, or BI tools is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills
• Interest in HR and people analytics advantageous
• Proficiency in Google Workspace
