Overview

As a Business Analyst at CoverGo, you will work with clients to identify their business problems and develop analytical solutions, contributing to the digital transformation of the insurance industry.

In Short

• Work with clients to identify business problems
• Plan and design business processes and system modifications
• Gather and document complex business requirements
• Create test case scenarios for business applications
• Develop business requirements documents/user stories
• Support QA, UAT, and Release phases of projects
• Minimum 5 years of experience required
• Experience in the insurance industry preferred
• Fluency in French is a must
• Fully remote position

Requirements

• Degree in Business, IT, or relevant field
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Technical writing skills are a plus
• Health Insurance-related domain certification is an advantage
• Knowledge of business analysis concepts
• Ability to prioritize work effectively
• Basic knowledge of technical development cycles
• Experience in generating process documentation
