Overview

We are seeking an experienced Field Marketing Manager to execute field marketing programs that attract and engage university decision-makers in India and South East Asia. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and project management skills, a data-driven approach, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to confidently execute in-person and online events and be comfortable traveling for up to 50% of the time for customer events within the region.

  • Handle post-event logistics and lead follow-up.

  • 4-8 years of field marketing experience required.
  • Experience with marketing automation and event management software.
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Requirements

  • 4-8 years of field marketing experience in a fast-growth environment.
  • Demonstrable track record of planning and executing trade shows.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and marketing automation tools.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-starter in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in executing events in South East Asia preferred.
