• Oversee and manage individual contributor QA engineers.
• Work closely with stakeholders to refine quality assurance processes.
• Define quality standards and implement control procedures.
• Own the quality dashboard and track metrics and KPIs.
• Define standards for system stability and response time.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure successful execution of testing deliverables.
• Lead strategic quality initiatives and report on progress.
• Ensure QA processes leverage modern tools and technologies.
• Participate in testing and deliver unit, component, and integration tests.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant QA work experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on technical management experience.
• Track record of meeting quality standards for enterprise SaaS applications.
• Expertise in testing and automation best practices.
• Ability to articulate quality standards to stakeholders.
• Passionate about advocating for end-user quality standards.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, flat environment.
• BS, MS, or Ph.D. in computer science or related field.
