In Short

• Manage the production of 100 high-quality educational YouTube videos per month.
• Work with 10 creators, each posting 10 videos/month on their channels.
• Choose video titles based on current trends and audience engagement.
• Coordinate with creators for scripts, recordings, and edits.
• Hire and manage scriptwriters, thumbnail designers, and video editors.
• Ensure all videos are published in a regular weekly cadence.
• Opportunity to earn a substantial bonus based on video performance.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience as a producer or editor for educational videos.
• Strong understanding of YouTube trends, titles, and thumbnails.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn about AI in scriptwriting.
• Detail-oriented to manage complex video production.
• Desire to work in a high-pressure environment.

Benefits

• Base salary of $45,000 per year.
• Monthly bonus based on YouTube profit, potentially ranging from $0 - $10,000+.
