• Achieve and exceed underwriting performance and revenue goals for the Allied Healthcare Professional Liability segment.
• Price Allied Healthcare accounts with competitive terms quickly and thoughtfully.
• Manage quote-related communication and questions with brokers.
• Collaborate with the underwriting team on complex Allied Healthcare accounts.
• Provide market feedback and recommend improvements to terms and rates.
• Support the development of underwriting guidelines and rating logic.
• Bind accounts through engagement with assigned brokers.
• Represent Counterpart at broker meetings and industry events.
• Contribute ideas on tools and services for Allied Healthcare underwriting.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of underwriting experience in Allied Healthcare or related lines.
• A network of brokers, carriers, underwriters, or clients in professional liability.
• Expertise in specialty liability products.
• Ability to engage with brokers for long-term partnerships.
• Confidence presenting to stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success in sales and account management.
• Proven track record of achieving targets.
• Enthusiasm for challenges in a high-velocity environment.
• Flexibility for travel as needed.
• College Degree with relevant work experience.
