Administrative Support

Overview

The Associate, Legal Resources is responsible for providing ongoing administrative and logistical support to the Legal Resources team, as well as support for events, trainings, and other virtual peer spaces.

In Short

Provide administrative support to the Council’s Legal Resources team.
Support the development and logistics of virtual peer spaces.
Manage shared email inbox for timely responses.
Maintain a centralized folder of legal resources.
Enter member inquiries in Salesforce.
Manage updates to webpages for Legal Resources.
Provide calendar and administrative support for events.
Participate in cross-functional working groups.

Requirements

Strong organizational and communication skills.
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience in event planning or logistics.
