Overview

As a Sr Technical Program Manager at Couchbase, you will lead the planning, management, communication, and governance of Couchbase Engineering and Cloud programs and projects in a collaborative, fast-paced, disciplined, results-oriented environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 5 - 7 years of experience managing cross-functional projects.
• 5 - 7 years of experience with AWS, GCP, and Azure platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good understanding of large scale distributed systems design.
• Adapt at working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience partnering with engineering teams.
• Enjoy working remote with people from all over the world.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
