Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor - Remote Position

Overview

Cortica is looking for a remote, part time Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) to join its growing multi-disciplinary team! A current and unrestricted license to practice in the state of California is required for this position. We are a rapidly growing healthcare company pioneering the most effective treatment methods for children with neurodevelopmental differences. In Short

• Deliver direct client counseling services to families, couples, and children.
• Utilize therapeutic approaches tailored to the needs of the client.
• Attend to relational ethics while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
• Participate in family care meetings with other providers.
• Comply with clinic policies and legal requirements.
• Maintain documentation and communication in line with standards.
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to safeguard patient information.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or doctorate in psychology, counseling, or related field.
• Current and unrestricted license to practice within clinical domain.
• Knowledgeable in empirically supported psychotherapy treatment approaches.
• Commitment to providing exceptional client care.
• Open-minded and desire to learn from other professional disciplines.
• 1 year or more of experience working with children or families with developmental differences.
