In Short

• Teaching Assistants (TAs) support ~25-30 Learners in virtual training programs.
• Provide synchronous and asynchronous support to ensure learning comprehension.
• Monitor Slack channels for Learner questions and answer them promptly.
• Facilitate breakout rooms during lectures when applicable.
• Grade Learner submissions of exercises and projects within seven days.
• Hold Individual Office Hours via Zoom for additional support.
• Participate in weekly staff meetings and provide feedback for program improvement.
• Engage in mandatory Pre-Program TA Onboarding.
• Support diverse learners in expanding their careers in technical roles.
• Work remotely and engage actively in all scheduled meetings.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional work experience in relevant fields.
• Empathy, flexibility, and patience in working with diverse learners.
• Outstanding team and people management skills.
• Exemplary written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to understand and use new learning and content management systems.
• Certification in AWS Cloud Practitioner, Comp TIA Network+, and Comp TIA Linux+.
