In Short

• Lead instruction for a cohort of up to 100 employees in a live online classroom.
• Prepare and lead live lectures for up to 20 weeks.
• Provide learner support through asynchronous messaging.
• Conduct lectures virtually via Zoom and use Slack for communication.
• Engage with learners and foster active participation.
• Coordinate with Correlation One on class logistics.
• Review program materials prior to the beginning of the program.
• Participate in weekly meetings with the Correlation One team.
• Prepare for lectures by reviewing content and testing exercises.
• Work in a supportive, human-led, group learning environment.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a data analyst, data scientist, or related role.
• Experience conveying data-related topics to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience with data storytelling and data visualization.
• Experience teaching in a virtual environment.
• Data practitioner with technical and application background.
• Ability to simplify and explain data concepts.
• Exceptional leadership skills.
