IT Project Manager (Business Analyst) - Remote

Overview

The Business Analyst will work in conjunction with the Analytics team to develop functional technical requirements at Cornerstone, collaborating with business stakeholders, IT, and third parties to create business requirements documents and project deliverables.

In Short

• Identify and document requested changes to the system in a standard BRD.
• Identify analytics needs and resolve issues impacting functional teams.
• Serve as a liaison between end users and implementation staff.
• Maintain regular communication with team members and participate in project meetings.
• Work with business units to ensure analytics applications meet organizational needs.
• Develop understanding of operational needs through site visits.
• Contribute to automation activities as part of a collaborative team.
• Develop and execute test plans, guiding testers during QA.
• Manage issue tracking processes.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and business intuition.

Requirements

• Advanced English proficiency.
• 3 years of experience as an IT Project Manager.
• Solid knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Ability to document requirements (BRD).
• Bachelor's degree or similar technical discipline.
• 3 years of experience in manufacturing or engineer-to-order disciplines.
• Experience working within teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
