Overview

The Financial Accounting Manager is a hands-on role responsible for executing and managing the day-to-day accounting operations of the company, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance.

In Short

• Manage the monthly and year-end close processes.
• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
• Ensure continuous audit readiness and compliance.
• Collaborate with external tax advisors for tax compliance.
• Streamline and automate accounting processes.
• Provide financial analysis to support executive decision-making.
• Maintain internal controls over financial reporting.
• Work closely with the CFO on special projects.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Interest in automation and emerging financial technologies.
• CPA designation preferred.
• Experience in energy or data center industries is a plus.
• Knowledge of ASC standards (leases, derivatives, revenue recognition).
• Experience with joint venture accounting.
