Cority is seeking an accounts receivable professional to manage billing and collection activities, ensuring effective communication with customers to meet collection targets.

In Short

• Lead billing and collection activities
• Run and post daily Bill Runs for customer invoices
• Apply cash receipts to client accounts
• Initiate and monitor high volume customer collections
• Negotiate payment terms for outstanding receivables
• Review contracts for proper pricing and terms
• Resolve invoice disputes and billing inquiries
• Prepare schedules for monthly billing accruals
• Perform accounts receivable analytics for reporting
• Assist with special projects as needed

Requirements

• Bilingual in French and English
• University business degree
• 1.5+ years of accounting and billing experience
• Experience with high technology clients in Software/SaaS
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities
• Experience with close processes and account reconciliations
