Overview

The Material Handler is responsible for managing equipment, materials, linens, and supplies in a healthcare setting, ensuring that inventory is maintained and delivered efficiently.

In Short

• Part-time position with variable days and every other weekend.
• Performs inventory management tasks including stocking and delivering supplies.
• Utilizes a computer-based inventory management system.
• Responds to requisitions from various customers in a timely manner.
• Maintains inventory levels and ensures a neat and orderly work area.
• May involve the use of a forklift or pallet jack.
• Participates in safety initiatives and completes necessary training.
• Requires excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior transport experience is preferred.
