  • Communicate with patients and providers regarding billing inquiries.
  • Process payments, adjustments, and refunds.
  • Collaborate with other departments within the revenue cycle.
  • Participate in safety initiatives and complete required competencies.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 years of relevant experience in billing or claims processing.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Problem-solving skills to address billing issues.
  • Associate’s degree is preferred.
