Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in health care operational improvement.
  • Experience with quality improvement and project management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
  • Experience with Tableau is preferred.
  • Knowledge of NCQA accreditation standards.
  • Familiarity with health equity issues.
  • Skills in data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to lead teams and manage change.
