Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented EHR Administrative Specialist to support one of our healthcare clients in managing and maintaining their Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.

In Short

  • Provide day-to-day administrative assistance related to EHR operations.
  • Accurately enter and maintain patient and employee data within the EHR system.
  • Perform regular data pulls and organize the information into Excel.
  • Participate in weekly onboarding calls with the implementation team.
  • Assist the on-site team with ongoing EHR-related assignments.
  • Ensure patient and employee records are complete and up to date.

Requirements

  • Experience with EHR platforms such as CareLogic, Credible, NextGen, Athenahealth, or eClinicalWorks.
  • Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
  • Proficient in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teams.
