Overview

We are seeking one highly organized and detail-oriented EHR Administrative Specialist, preferably female, to support one of our healthcare clients in managing and maintaining their Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.

In Short

  • Provide day-to-day administrative assistance related to EHR operations.
  • Accurately enter and maintain patient and employee data within the EHR system.
  • Utilize data extraction tools to retrieve information from the EHR system.
  • Participate in weekly onboarding calls with the implementation team.
  • Assist the on-site team with ongoing EHR-related assignments.
  • Ensure patient and employee records are complete and up to date.

Requirements

  • Experience with EHR platforms like CareLogic, Credible, NextGen, Athenahealth, or eClinicalWorks.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
