Billing Specialist (Remote)

Core-VA Solutions is hiring experienced Billing professionals to support growing service providers across the United States.

In Short

• Two open Billing Specialist roles supporting US-based clients.
• All roles are fully remote and full-time.
• Availability during US business hours (CST) is required.
• Responsibilities include claims and billing management, finance reporting, compliance, and client support.
• Role 1 focuses on Medicaid billing operations with an emphasis on compliance.
• Role 2 requires Spanish language skills for communication with clients.
• Experience with Medicaid claim portals and billing compliance is preferred.
• Proficient in Excel for tracking and reporting is necessary.
• Experience in a remote work environment is advantageous.
• Immediate onboarding is a priority for Role 2.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Medicaid billing.
• Strong understanding of billing compliance and documentation validation.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Experience communicating with clients via email and phone.
• Experience with accounting systems such as QuickBooks is a plus.
• Conversational in both English and Spanish for Role 2.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Able to handle audits and claim corrections.
• Prior experience in a bilingual client-facing role preferred for Role 2.
• Able to onboard immediately or within 1 week of offer for Role 2.
