Overview

The New Product Development Engineer will be responsible for developing innovative products using industrial compression technology, focusing on sustainability and efficiency in HVACR solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with at least 5 years of mechanical experience.
  • Strong knowledge of compression technologies and thermodynamics.
  • Proficient in 3D and 2D design software.
  • Experience in writing reports and technical documentation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and engineering tool experience.
  • Ability to work with manufacturing and production engineering teams.
  • Familiarity with applicable standards and codes.
  • Strong English communication skills.
