Junior PMO (50%) - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a motivated and open-minded Junior PMO for a part-time position in the financial sector.

In Short

• Coordination and main responsibility for contract processing with partners in the team
• Management and processing of voucher payouts
• Management and processing of Miles & More and Membership Rewards points
• Support in creating and managing UTM tracking links
• Assistance in creating campaign creatives
• Handling and resolving customer inquiries in coordination with internal teams
• General support in administrative tasks and project management tasks

Requirements

• Completed training in a commercial field or similar
• Proficient in MS Office and digital tools (e.g., Outlook, Excel, etc.)
• Interest in digital campaigns, performance marketing, and tracking
• Structured, independent, and reliable working style
• Organizational talent and high team orientation
• Fluent in German and good English skills
