Business Analyst (SAP BI) - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and open-minded Business Analyst (SAP BI) for our client in the logistics industry in Bern.

In Short

• Support departments in creating requirement specifications considering technical system requirements.
• Develop subject-specific foundations for creating project orders.
• Analyze overall business processes, organizational structures, and identify weaknesses.
• Gather, verify, and document the needs and expectations of organizational units.
• Develop proposals for optimization opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into ICT requirements and corresponding documentation.
• Process change requests and prepare decision-making bases for further action.
• Prepare quality assurance measures.
• Evaluate and validate operational solutions.
• Create test cases and assess user tests.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders and present the results of this communication.

Requirements

• Several years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Ability to conceptualize, advise, and solve complex problems in the field.
• Solid knowledge in SAP BI and experience in implementing BI solutions.
• Good understanding of data models focusing on sales and logistics.
• Independently execute tasks and guide experienced individuals.
• Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
