Business Analyst - Mobile Payment - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Business Analyst to support our client in the financial sector in Zurich/St. Gallen in the development and implementation of innovative 2-Factor Authentication solutions in the Mobile Payment area.

In Short

• Act as a liaison between external main consultants, external solution partners, and our internal organization.
• Support the internal security approval of the 2FA solution concept for a mobile payment app.
• Review and communicate the solution concept tailored to stakeholders.
• Provide technical support during the external creation of detailed specifications.
• Derive and define internal work packages for affected interfaces/processes.
• Ensure and approve consistent detailed specifications.

Requirements

• Solid knowledge of the requirements, processes, and solution architectures of 2-Factor Authentication solutions, especially in the Mobile Payment area, ideally with TWINT experience.
• In-depth knowledge of BA methods (documentation at both technical and business levels).
• Confident handling of demanding stakeholders, both internal and external.
• Very quick comprehension, even with contradictory detailed information, as well as a view of the big picture.
• Fluent in German.
