Culinary Support Specialist - Remote

Overview

As a Culinary Support Specialist, you will perform administrative and development tasks in support of our Chefs and internal teams, focusing mainly on our new recipe and chef onboarding process and system.

In Short

• Respond to inbound inquiries from chefs.
• Onboard and train chefs into the platform.
• Provide administrative support to Chef Success and stakeholders.
• Manage new meals and recipe edits.
• Collaborate with teams on menu updates.
• Calculate and enter recipe yields.
• Conduct recipe evaluations based on targets.
• Track new recipes and ingredient SKUs.
• Work cross-functionally with chefs and stakeholders.
• Maintain organization and attention to detail.

Requirements

• English fluency required.
• Strong data collection and communication skills.
• Culinary or food manufacturing background preferred.
• 2-3 years of food development or culinary experience.
• Experience in large volume foodservice business.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Expertise in data entry and recipe management software.
• Teamwork mindset and ability to work independently.
• Optimistic and resourceful attitude.
• Willingness to take on challenges.
