Convaris GmbH is seeking an engaged Accountant (m/f/d) on behalf of a renowned client. In Short

• Independent handling of ongoing financial accounting (debtors, creditors, general accounts)
• Account reconciliation and clarification of open items
• Participation in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to HGB
• Processing of payment transactions and dunning
• Preparation of VAT advance returns
• Support with tax issues and audits
• Close collaboration with tax advisors and auditors

Requirements

• Successfully completed commercial training with further education as an accountant or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in accounting, ideally in a medium-sized company
• Secure handling of common accounting software (e.g., DATEV, SAP, Lexware) and MS Office
• Knowledge of German tax law (especially VAT)
• Careful, structured, and reliable working style
• Team player with a high affinity for numbers
