Overview

Trocknerheld is a medium-sized growing company specializing in the restoration of water damage, currently seeking a dedicated Accountant (m/f/d) to manage our accounting and actively participate in operations.

In Short

• Support in accounts receivable and payable management: Processing and checking invoices, monitoring incoming and outgoing payments, and clarifying open items in coordination with the tax advisor.
• Account reconciliation and clarification in subsidiary accounting and ensuring correct bookings.
• Participation in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to HGB.
• Conducting dunning processes and supporting receivables management.
• Optimization and further development of processes in financial accounting.
• Taking on special tasks and projects in the accounting area.

Requirements

• Successfully completed commercial training, ideally with further training as an accountant or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger accounting.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting according to HGB.
• Proficient in ERP systems and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style with a high degree of initiative.
• Strong communication skills and team spirit.
• Analytical thinking ability.
• Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
